(Undated) -- The nation's second-biggest satellite TV provider is planning to launch Internet TV service later this year. Bloomberg says Dish Network's late summer Internet debut would come just ahead of the fall broadcast TV season in September. The service would target 18-to-34 year olds who are looking to pay between 20 and 30 dollars monthly to watch video on smartphones and tablets. Content providers are insisting that Dish include at least two of the major broadcast networks and at least ten of the highest-rated cable networks in the package.
