(Washington, DC) -- Senate Democrats are introducing legislation that could undermine the Supreme Court's ruling on contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Last week, the high court ruled that closely-held corporations could be exempt from the mandate to provide coverage for birth control. Now, Senate Democrats are looking for a way around that ruling. A summary of a bill provided to "Business Insider" shows the new legislation would bar for-profit companies from refusing to cover any federally guaranteed health service on religious grounds.
