Delaware Doctor Found Guilty In Waterboarding Trial

(Georgetown, DE) -- A Delaware doctor is guilty of child endangerment for waterboarding his stepdaughter. A jury returned the verdict late this afternoon in a courtroom in Georgetown, Delaware. Sixty-year-old Melvin Morse was accused of suffocating the eleven-year-old girl under running water in an attempt to discipline her. Morse had denied waterboarding the girl, saying he had only been washing her hair.
