Deephaven Woman Pleads Guilty To Welfare Fraud
(Minneapolis, MN) -- A Deephaven woman who had been living on a million-dollar yacht is pleading guilty to welfare fraud. Hennepin County authorities say 54-year-old Andrea Chisholm and her husband, 62-year-old Colin Chisholm the Third, were both accused of collecting over 167-thousand dollars in state public assistance, while living in Florida on a yacht. After pleading guilty yesterday, Andrea was sentenced to a year and a day in prison. Colin Chisholm is currently on trial.
