Dallas Man Gets 75 Years For HIV-Teen Infection

(Dallas, TX) -- A Dallas man is headed to prison for at least 75 years for knowingly infecting a teen with HIV. A judge handed down the sentence to Matthew Reese today on two of the three sex assault charges he's facing. He admitted to pressuring the then-15-year-old girl to have sex with him in 2012, even though he had HIV. His attorney told a judge the 38-year-old has full blown AIDS and shouldn't spend the rest of his life in prison. Reese could get another 20 years behind bars when the judge decides on a third sex assault charge tomorrow.
