(Dallas, TX) -- Dallas dentist Dr. David Alameel is coming out on top in the Democratic runoff for U.S. Senate. Alameel defeated Kesha Rogers by a wide margin on Tuesday, getting 72-percent of the vote. He had major support from the Texas Democratic Party, who didn't want Rogers elected because she supported the impeachment of President Obama. Alameel will face Republican U.S. Senator John Cornyn in November.
