Federal Court Hearing Monday For Minnesota Guardsman

(Minneapolis, MN) -- Minnesota National Guard veteran Keith Novak is due in federal court in Minneapolis on Monday on fraud charges. The "Star Tribune" reports the 25-year-old Novak is accused of stealing security clearance information, Social Security numbers and names of 400 people in his former Army unit. Federal prosecutors accuse him of running a militia and stealing the information to make fake ID cards for militia members.
