(Ferguson, MO) -- Crowds are forming again in Ferguson, Missouri but it's too early to tell if this means a fifth straight night of violent protests. Earlier today, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon announced the state's highway patrol would take over security in the St. Louis suburb following the fatal police shooting of an unarmed teen. The governor's announcement came hours after President Obama criticized Ferguson police for using excessive force against peaceful protesters. One change that's already evident, Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson has ordered troopers to take their gas masks off.
