(Canandaigua, NY) -- Authorities say it's unlikely they'll file charges against NASCAR driver Tony Stewart following Saturday's deadly accident at a dirt track in upstate New York. The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says at this point there isn't enough evidence of any criminal intent on Stewart's part. Twenty-year-old driver Kevin Ward Junior had gotten out of his car following a crash, and was waving his arms and gesturing at Stewart when he was hit. Stewart released a statement that read in part "There aren't words to describe the sadness I feel about the accident that took the life of Kevin Ward Jr."
