(Wharton, WV) -- The suspected collapse of a coal mine has killed at least one miner in Wharton, West Virginia. WBOY-TV reports the miners' families confirmed the death. It's believed at least two miners were trapped following word of a possible collapse late last night. The company that owns the mine was cited for more than 250 "significant and substandard" violations last year.
