(White Plains, NY) -- Prosecutors are expected to make closing arguments today in the Kerry Kennedy "drugged driving" trial. The 54-year-old daughter of the late Robert F. Kennedy testified in her own defense yesterday in a White Plains, New York courtroom. She said she accidentally took a sleeping pill instead of her thyroid medication before smashing her SUV into a tractor-trailer while heading to the gym in July of 2012. She also claimed her memories are a "jumble" following the accident. Prosecutors say Kennedy should have known she was in no condition to drive.
