(Washington, DC) -- Cars lead a new list of Top Ten consumer complaints.
Amber Capoun with the North American Consumer Protection Investigators says misleading ads and car-related disputes make it the most complained about issue for 2013. Shoddy home improvement construction and credit card debt round out the top three in the findings released jointly Wednesday by the NACPI and the Consumer Federation of America. Do not call violations and other telemarketing abuses were the fastest growing complaints according to state and local consumer protection agencies.
