(Riverside, CA) -- A man in Riverside, California is in custody in connection to the killing and dismemberment of a Minnesota woman. The remains of Jamie Lea Harmer were found in plastic bags scattered along railroad tracks about three weeks ago. The "Star-Tribune" reports Riverside police arrested Christopher Brown this week on an unrelated arrest warrant. Police say he lives near the location where Harmer's body parts were found, and investigators found evidence related to the crime in his apartment.
