(Undated) -- Afghanistan's president Hamid Karzai is speaking out against a NATO drone strike Thursday that killed a small child and wounded two women. A spokesman for the president said the bombing is a sign of disregard for civilian life. Karzai and the American government are in negotiations over a bilateral security agreement that will shape the presence of U.S. troops in Afghanistan after 2014. Karzai said this week that he would cancel the security agreement if there was one more raid that killed civilians.
