(New York, NY) -- New York City Police Commissioner Bill Bratton is announcing a pilot program to test body cameras on police officers. The NYPD was ordered to test the cameras by a federal judge when she found the NYPD guilty in the "Stop and Frisk" lawsuit. Two cameras will be tested that will record both audio and video. Fifty police officers from five different precincts will take part in the program.
