(Washington, DC) -- Vice President Joe Biden is set to travel to Kiev for a Tuesday meeting with Ukraine's acting president. The White House says Biden will meet with president Oleksander Turchinov and the nation's prime minister. He'll also talk with members of Ukraine's parliament as well as representatives from non-governmental organizations during his two-day visit. At least three people were killed early Sunday during a shootout in an eastern Ukrainian city controlled by pro-Russian separatists.
