(Undated) -- Vice President Joe Biden stands in for President Obama this week to deliver the President's usual Saturday's address. Biden noted that raising the minimum wage is beneficial to the nation's economy as a whole. He says that's because lower wage earners will turn around and spend that additional money on necessities, pumping cash right back into their local economy. And, he calls it a plus for businesses because a fair wage leads to lower employee turnover rates and greater worker loyalty.
