(Undated) -- Anything Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl says can be used against him in a military court even though he has not been read his rights. That's because, as NBC News first reported, Bergdahl has not yet been questioned about his disappearance from an Army outpost in Afghanistan five years ago. Military investigators are looking into possible criminal charges of desertion or being AWOL. If charged and convicted, Bergdahl could be forced to give up 200-thousand-dollars he was paid during his captivity under the Taliban.
