(Overland Park, KS) -- A man accused of killing three people at two Jewish facilities in Kansas will be charged with hate crimes. Kansas prosecutors plan to bring charges against former KKK leader Frazier Cross Junior Tuesday. He's accused of killing two people at a community center and a third at a retirement home in a Kansas City suburb. White House spokesman Jay Carney says the federal government is ready to help local officials in the case.
