(Undated) -- The death toll is at ten after a winter storm in the Deep South brought slick roads and bitter cold. In Alabama, at least five people have been killed in traffic accidents on icy roads. State troopers say a two-year-old boy, his 29-year-old father and a 64-year-old Birmingham woman are among the people who have died in weather-related wrecks. There have been more than 700 traffic accidents. At least one person killed in Georgia. State police say a 60-year-old woman died in Coweta County when she lost control of her Ford Explorer on an icy road.
