(Undated) -- An Army Ranger is coming forward over his belief that he may have been the one who fatally shot fellow Ranger and former NFL star Pat Tillman. Steven Elliott tells ESPN's "Outside the Lines" that he has lived with the guilt for 10 years that it was his bullet that hit Tillman, who died from friendly-fire in Afghanistan in 2004. It was the first time Elliott experienced a firefight as an Army Ranger. Tillman left the Arizona Cardinals to serve his country after the 9-11 attacks in 2001. The Army has never disclosed whose shots killed Tillman.
