Army General Reprimanded For Adultery, Ordered To Forfeit Pay

(Los Angeles, CA) -- A U.S. Army General who was accused of sexually assaulting a subordinate is being ordered to forfeit five-thousand dollars in pay per month for four months. Legal expert Royal Oakes says Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair took a plea deal involving lesser charges.
The charges stemmed from an affair Sinclair had with a female Army Captain. Sinclair's court martial was a rarity. He's one of only a few generals to face court martial in the past six decades.
