(Milwaukee, WI) -- A federal appeals court says an investigation into conservative groups and supporters of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker can continue. The ruling comes less than 24 hours after U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Randa ordered prosecutors to halt the investigation. Randa had ruled the probe is affecting free speech rights of the conservative political action committee Wisconsin Club for Growth. Wednesday the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago blocked Randa's ruling. Walker won a recall election in June of 2012.
