Combined Death Toll In Russia Bombs At Least 31

(Volgograd) -- Russia's bid to host the Winter Olympics is proving to be a magnet for violent attacks. At least 31 people have died after a pair of suicide bombs exploded in Volgograd. A blast tore through a trolleybus in Volgograd early this morning, with a death toll that has now risen to at least 14 people. It follows a suicide bombing at a crowded railroad station that killed at least 17 people on Sunday.
