(Boston, MA) -- Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is indicted on two new first degree murder charges. Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley says the two victims were "ambushed and executed" after running into Hernandez at a local club. Conley says Hernandez was driving an SUV behind the victims and fired a .38-caliber gun multiple times. Conley says Hernandez will likely be tried first on the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd before he's tried in this case. The 2012 shootings happened while Hernandez was an active player for the Patriots.
