(Azusa, CA) -- The Colby Fire that continues to burn east of Los Angeles is currently listed at 78-percent containment. The blaze that first erupted Thursday morning blackened just over 19-hundred acres and destroyed five homes. The final mandatory evacuation order in connection with the fire was lifted Saturday evening as a thousand Mountain Cove residents returned home. Authorities say the three young men accused of starting the blaze will soon face federal charges on suspicion of recklessly starting a fire.
