(Undated) -- Federal safety officials are looking into last summer's deadly crash of an Asiana Airlines jetliner in San Francisco. The National Transportation Safety Board is holding a hearing on the crash today. The NTSB is focusing on a number of issues, including pilot training, the effect highly-automated flight systems have on pilot awareness, and the emergency response of public safety agencies. Three people died and more than 150 were injured when the South Korean airline's jumbo jetliner crashed while trying to land on July 6th.
