Human Rights Watch Condemns Iraq Abuses

(New York, NY) -- An international organization is condemning the Iraqi military and the insurgents they are battling for their conduct. Human Rights Watch says Iraqi forces are carelessly firing mortars in civilian neighborhoods, causing casualties and property damage. They also condemn militants for using civilian areas for staging and executing attacks. More than 250 people are dead and 13-thousand families displaced because the fighting going on in the Anbar province, which includes the volatile cities of Fallujah and Ramadi.
