(Jerusalem) -- Secretary of State John Kerry is back in the Middle East hoping to revive stalled peace talks. Kerry arrived in Jerusalem today on his tenth trip to the region in less than a year. The State Department says he'll be working to lay the foundation of a framework agreement that opens the way for a Palestinian state. A senior U.S. diplomat said Kerry will meet separately with Israeli and Palestinian leaders. No major breakthrough is expected during the visit.
