Nation Pauses To Honor Martin Luther King Jr.

(Atlanta, GA) -- Today is a national holiday set aside to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Niece Dr. Alleda King says King always brought one special message to his followers.
Americans are urged to take time to reflect on the civil rights leader's life and legacy of nonviolence and justice. Volunteers are urged to find ways to help their communities. The King Center in Atlanta is urging organizations and individuals around the world to ring bells today to show their commitment to choosing peace and non-violence.
