Catholic Groups Ask Supreme Court To Delay Contraception Mandate

(Washington, DC) -- Some Catholic groups are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to block contraceptive coverage under Obamacare. Under the Affordable Care Act, employers are required to provide insurance policies that cover contraception. Catholic University along with archdioceses in Washington DC, Tennessee and Michigan are asking the court to block enforcement of the employer mandates. Those mandates are set to take effect on Wednesday. There's no indication when the high court will issue a ruling.
