Deaths Reported In Omaha Plant Collapse

(Omaha, NE) -- An Omaha fire official says there are deaths in today's building collapse at an animal food plant. Fire Chief Bernie Kanger confirmed the fatalities during a press conference but would not give a number.
Kanger described it as "a structural collapse" and said OSHA will take the lead in investigating what happened. Some of the 38 people working inside the plant remain unaccounted for. Ten people were taken to local hospitals after what was first reported as a plant explosion.
