(Minneapolis, MN) -- The city of Minneapolis has a hit on its hands with its revised Snow Emergency app for mobile devices. According to a release from the city, over 25-hundred apps were downloaded in less than two weeks since it debuted on November 27th. Those downloads bring the overall total to over ten-thousand downloads since the app was first introduced. Data also shows more people are getting Snow Emergency information in the evening on their phones or tablets rather than desktop computers.
