(Washington, DC) -- The U.S. is helping Iraq punch-up its campaign against the country's branch of al-Qaeda by sending missiles and surveillance drones. Officials in Washington, DC and Baghdad say 75 Hellfire air-to-ground missiles were sent to Iraq's air forces on December 19th and more are on the way. Hellfires are extensively used by U.S. forces in their campaign against al-Qaeda. They're often used in targeting militant hideouts or vehicles.
