Snow Emergency In Effect For Twin Cities

(Minneapolis, MN) -- A snow emergency is in place for both Minneapolis and St. Paul today and tomorrow. Parking in Minneapolis is not allowed on the even side of streets on the non-snow emergency routes today and not allowed on the odd sides tomorrow. Street parking was banned in both cities last night and will only be allowed once the streets are cleared to the curbs on both sides. St. Paul will begin plowing all "Day Plow Routes" at 8 a.m. today.
