(Undated) -- Up to 100-million people are in the path of a winter storm that's hammering the Northeast with snow and bitter cold. Boston is going to get hit the worst with up to 14 inches of snow expected there. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is urging residents to stay indoors and recommends private employers let their workers stay home Friday. Along with heavy snowfall, the storm is also bringing with it high winds and extreme cold. Winds could be up to 20 miles an hour, and the wind chill could go down to a bone-chilling ten below zero in New York City.
