Obama Repeats Call For 2014 To Be "Year Of Action"
Wednesday, January 15
(Washington, DC) -- President Obama is repeating his call for 2014 to be a "year of action."
Opening a Cabinet meeting at the White House, the President argued that much needs to get done and said politics must "take a back seat."
The President said Congress must extend expired longterm jobless benefits for more than one-point-three million Americans.
Obama vowed to use executive actions to push his policies forward if Congress does not act.
