Two men died Tuesday while duck hunting in Westport, Massachusetts when their boat capsized in a frigid river. A homeless man was found dead in Columbus, Georgia after he spent the night outdoors. Four cold and storm-related deaths have been reported in the Chicago the last two days and an elderly woman in Indianapolis was found dead outside her home early Tuesday. Temperatures are expected to slowly rise as the week goes on.
