(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Minneapolis Parks Board will reportedly have to come up with 200-thousand dollars in fees as the result of a free speech lawsuit. KSTP-TV cites sources on the Parks Board who were told during a closed meeting they have to pay the attorneys fees for Brian Johnson. He won a lawsuit over where he was allowed to pass out Bibles during the Gay Pride Festival at Loring Park after the Parks Board only let him do so outside of the festival.
