30-Year-Mortgage Rate Rises To 4.15%
(Washington, DC) -- Mortgage rates are rising. The average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage climbed to four-point-15 percent last week. That's up for four-point-12 percent the week before. Freddie Mac said rates increased for the week as the labor market appeared to be improving.
