(Minneapolis, MN) -- Dozens of Twin Cities residents are dealing with frostbite from the bitter cold this week. The "Star Tribune" reports Regions Hospital treated 26 cases between Saturday and Wednesday and the Hennepin County Medical Center has already had 35 cases this month. At least two deaths are being blamed on the weather as well. High temperatures today are expected to be in the 20s.
