Fargo Women File Federal Lawsuit Against Target

(Fargo, ND) -- Two Fargo women have filed a federal lawsuit against Minneapolis-based Target Corporation seeking five-million dollars in damages. Alissa Farol and Francis Lundblad shopped at the Fargo Target store while the company was hit with a massive data breach. Fargo Attorney Todd Miller is hoping to certify a class action and potentially include thousands of Target shoppers in North Dakota.
Miller says both his lead clients have been told by their banks that their personal information has been breached. Target has apologized and has said its top priority is taking care of its customers.
