(Cleveland, OH) -- A final report on the prison death of Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro says he purposely took his own life. An independent study by consultants hired by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections found Castro's actions behind bars and journal entries point entirely to suicide. Castro was found hanging in his cell in September, just a month into his life-plus-one-thousand-years sentence. State prison officials had hinted Castro died performing a sex act called auto-erotic asphyxiation .
