(Minneapolis, MN) -- A legal battle could keep the Minnesota Vikings playing at TCF Bank Stadium with the University of Minnesota instead of moving into a new stadium in 2016. Three people filed legal papers on Friday to halt the sale of bonds to pay for the billion-dollar stadium. They believe the bond sales are unconstitutional because Minneapolis sales tax revenue is included in the funding for the stadium. Bond sales were scheduled to start today.
