Third Suspect In Philadelphia School Shooting Turns Himself In

(Philadelphia, PA) -- The third suspect in a shooting at a Philadelphia charter school is now in police custody. Authorities say the 17-year-old turned himself in this afternoon. Two teenage boys originally thought to be involved have been questioned and released. Two students were each wounded in the arm. A 15-year-old girl was treated and released from the hospital. The other teen is in stable condition.
