(Minneapolis, MN) -- Minnesota-based retailer Target is now being sued several times over, with more lawsuits possible as a result of a credit card breach at the start of the holiday shopping season. "USA Today" reports class action lawsuits are now pending in California and Oregon and the attorneys general in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and South Dakota want more information. Millions of accounts have popped up on the black market for sale, with KrebsOnSecurity.com's Brian Krebs writing on his website that batches of a million cards are selling from 20 to 100-dollars per card. The Secret Service is investigating.
