(Long Island, NY) -- 1-800-Flowers is still in hot water with customers after its massive failure on Valentine's Day. Unhappy customers say the company's phone lines are jammed and online complaints are only receiving automated replies. Hundreds of people across the country were disappointed last Friday when their orders came damaged, wilted or not at all. The company has sent nearly 400 personal apologies on Twitter and is offering refunds and discount vouchers to affected customers.
