(Centennial, CO) -- Attorneys representing the Colorado Mental Health Institute want access to hearings in the Aurora theater shooting case. They're set to take place later this month on whether or not prosecution experts can evaluate accused shooter James Holmes' mental state. Lawyers filed a motion on behalf of the institute yesterday. The prosecution believes the original psychiatric evaluation done by the hospital in the case was "inadequate and unfair." Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and wounded scores of others in 2012. He's pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
