(Hartford, CT) -- A retrial is being ordered in the murder case against Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel .
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. talked to NBC's "Today" show. He believes Skakel would not be convicted in a new trial because he has good lawyers now. The Connecticut judge ruled Skakel didn't receive adequate representation during his trial. Skakel was convicted in 2002 of killing his neighbor, Martha Moxley, in 1975 when they were both 15. He's the nephew of Ethel Kennedy, who's the widow of Robert F. Kennedy. Skakel has served half of his 20-year prison sentence.
