(Hartford, CT) -- A retrial is being ordered in the murder case against Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel. Skakel was convicted in 2002 of killing his neighbor, Martha Moxley, in 1975 when they were both 15. He's the nephew of Ethel Kennedy, who's the widow of Robert F. Kennedy. He's been fighting his conviction, and today a Connecticut judge ruled that Skakel didn't receive adequate representation during his trial. Skakel has served half of his 20-year prison sentence. Moxley was found dead in her family's back yard on Halloween of 1975.
